Our full "Search to Settlement" service follows these steps:

FREE CONSULTATION

We offer a free, 30 minute consultation for us to meet and discuss your needs and our services.

2.

BRIEF

We understand your selection criteria and budget and help you prioritise the must-haves and nice-to haves.

3.

SEARCH

We review online listings daily and identify off-market opportunities through our industry networks. 

4.

SHORT LIST

We score all properties that meet your criteria using our proprietary algorithm and prepare a shortlist for your feedback.

5.

INSPECT

We inspect all properties before inviting you to see those that we've confirmed meet your criteria. 

6.

MID-CAMPAIGN REVIEW

We step back and revalidate your inputs to the property scoring algorithm as required to unlock additional properties.

7.

DUE DILIGENCE

We obtain legal review of the contract, a building inspection and council planning information to ensure there's no hidden surprises.

8.

SECURE

We appraise the property value and negotiate or bid at auction to secure it for you on the best terms possible.

9.

SETTLE

We monitor progress before settlement and conduct the pre-settlement property inspection.

10.

CELEBRATE

This is why we do what we do: to see your happy faces with the keys to your new property safely in hand.
